Diane really took her time to listen and find my dream home. Not only did she find the perfect home for my family but also sold my home all at the same time. We close on both houses on the same day, one hour apart. I was able to move from one house to another with no problems. Diane and Wyatt always kept in contact with any updates and answered all my questions. Diane’s a book of knowledge, from different types of loans available to which lender would work best, information about inspection, property taxes, etc. Wyatt was present on all of the home inspections answering any questions that my husband and I had. I am still amazed at how smooth the process was for my family. I am very happy to have met this super team!
